The zonal leadership said it was a good fortune to have been blessed with the holy month of Ramadan during which Muslim brethren were provided with an opportunity to yearn for the ultimate acceptance of their devotion to the Creator. The ZWC earnestly hope that Almighty Allah will grant approval to the collective effort of ummah and bestow His mercy on humanity.
The holy month of Ramadan not only brings blessings of Allah but also instills in us the value of sustained and patient effort required to be part of our daily lives.
Eid-ul-Fitr should be seen as the culmination of humans humble endeavor undertaken to invoke goodwill of Almighty Allah on our endeavours as a Nation taking into cognizant the current bedeviling economy predicament facing us, which we bow before him in all humility after fulfilling our commitment during the month of Ramadan.
The essential lesson of Eid-ul-Fitr is laden with shunning all differences between us for the betterment of our Nation irrespective of ethnicity, nor religion, and this sacred occasion exhorts us to promote harmony with the aim to inculcate love and affection for each other.
On this day, it is also incumbent on us to look after the less fortunate amongst us and make them part of our collective celebration. We should always remember that Eid is the epitome of collective happiness and its blessings should be shared as wide as possible.
