Agboola Ajayi Presents Certificate of Return To Apoi Monarchs, Seeks Royal Blessings

Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Candidate in Ondo State, Hon. Agboola Ajayi, on Sunday May 5, 2024 met with Apoi Royal Fathers at the Palace of the Kalasuwe and Paramount Ruler of Apoiland, Oba Deacon(Prof.) Sunday Adejimola Amuseghan, to seek their blessings ahead of the November 16, 2024, gubernatorial poll

The PDP Youth Leader for Ondo South, Chief George Die who is also the Elemoso of Apoiland, informed the Mornachs that the visit became necessary as Charity begins at home.

Agboola Ajayi who is also the " *Asiwaju Olu Omo of Apoiland"* while speaking, appreciates the Mornachs for their prayers for him, assured them of his readiness to affect the people positively when he becomes Governor. He promised the Mornachs that they would be proud of him in the years to come as he said the potentials in Ondo South alone is enough to turn Ondo state to an economically viable state.

Responding, the Mornachs who took turns to appreciate Agboola Ajayi for the visit recognised his roles in Apoi kingdom, identified his career projection in politics, advised him and his supporters to be peaceful as campaigns kick off.

The Mornachs implored the Gubernatorial Candidate to seek God's face at all times as he begins his political activities. 

Oba Adeniyi Ajayi, the Gbaluwe of Igbotu, who offered prayers for the Governorship Candidate, wished him well on behalf of the custodians of traditional authorities in Apoiland. 

The Kalasuwe of Apoiland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Deacon (Prof.) Sunday Adejimola Amuseghan, Lawe II, whose Palace the meeting was held used the opportunity to appeal to politicians and their supporters to eschew violence in their preparation for the election.

All the traditional rulers in Apoiland were present.
