Former Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Ambassador Omolade Oluwateru has described a leading gubernatorial aspirant in the Peoples Democratic Party, Dr. Eddy Olafeso as a man of integrity that cannot be doubted by anyone. Oluwateru spoke when Olafeso met PDP leaders in Akure South local government of Ondo State last week.
Oluwateru, deputy governor of late Dr. Olusegun Agagu, eulogized Olafeso who was Commissioner for Information, Mobilisation and Orientation in the same government as a man of integrity. "I respect you for what you have been doing so far by rallying all other aspirants. You've made the contest very peaceful and fair. It is not cause he's here but I will tell anyone who cares to listen that Dr. Eddy Olafeso is man of integrity." he said before offering prayers for Olafeso
The Akure born politician also praised Southerners of Ondo State for their loyalty to whatever cause they believe in. "Southerners are very loyal and won't betray you in politics. They supported me throughout while we were in government and defended me when moves were made to oust me. I'm grateful for that" he said.
Olafeso, former National Vice Chairman (South) of PDP had since obtained his nomination form at the Wadata Plaza, Abuja and will participate in the July 22 primary of the PDP.
